K/Ranabima Royal College ( My honoured Alma matter) is situated in the bottom of the Natural Sanctuary, Mt 'DIVIDOS' which is a beautiful landscape, and it is surrounded by the Gannoruwa and also by the Hanthana Mt.s....

It's a public - governmental school, which is specially administrated directly by the Central Provincial Council, Admission to my school is done through an exam in grade 5 only to the students who learn in Central province..

HISTORY

Ranabima royal College was Founded by Late, Mr. W.M.P.B Dissanyake; the former chief minister of Central provincial Council along with Mr. Palitha Elkaduwa; Former Secretary of Department of Education in Central Province..

opened in 1996, March 2nd, Exactly after 181 years from the consolidation of British administration in Sri lanka, when Kandyan chiefs Signed the 'Kandyan Convention' in 1815...

Today, R.R.C., gives education to more than 1200 children ( Talented & Brave.!!!) as the college conducts classes from Grade 6 to Grade 13....

In my case, I'm Studying in the Grade 11 ENGLISH MEDIUM class, Which is the first ever English medium class started in R.R.C, and probably be the last E.M class.....!!!!!

Though my school has a short history , the glory we gained is Huge...!!!!

( In some Cases , its lot more than the so called schools that have A long History)

the awesome feature of R.R.C. is that the percentage of passing the o/L's is always has been 100%...

The students who had done A/L's too have passed well, and some students are doing good occupations up to date...( one day I too will be in that list...!)

Ranabima Royal College is a ROYAL COLLEGE, where NON CAN MATCH THE ROYAL TOUCH...!!!

And I'm so Proud To Be A ROYALIST!!!!!

My Favourite TV Show

The TV show I like most is the Kiefer Surtherlands' ''24''. I started watching it about 3 years ago;
When a cousin of mine (Shiranka De Silva - works @ Seylan Bank-hatton) had given me the first season of 24 TV series. its a thrilling and adventurous Show, which force the fans to watch the next episode at the End of an episode as the ending of one confuses the person who's watching it.

up to now, I've watched the Seasons 1 to 6 completely and hoping to watch the New series -7,
once its aired..
